		<description>A clear example of knowledge rather than understanding. It&#039;s a fault of today&#039;s higher education, turning it into a glorified votech. Of course I&#039;ve seen this in a variety of places. For instance, when I worked in an art supply store I used to get people asking for books instructing them on how to draw trees, or dogs, or people. I suppose unless they had a book on how to draw a specific thing, despite being capable of drawing other things, they couldn&#039;t draw it. That&#039;s being arttarded I guess. The point is learn how to draw, period, then you can draw whatever you want. Without understanding, they couldn&#039;t apply their tree drawing skills to drawing a dog, much like you couldn&#039;t apply your tech skills to working the copier.
